Legendary DJ Rich Medina is headlining the party wth SiriusXM/100.3 R&B’s DJ Ceasar, which will also include local bands and a show-stopping car showcase. The party will be at their place in Clementon at 1337 Blackwood-Clementon Rd.

They have an extensive strip mall parking lot for plenty of fun.
HoneyGrove plans to spotlight how a small Camden County borough in the corridor between Philly golf-and-lake country and Shore traffic can incubate a legal-cannabis scene with real economic and cultural gravity.
Growing HoneyGrove
HoneyGrove has been drawing crowds from South Jersey and Philadelphia by fusing cannabis, music, and community. Their Clementon location has amassed rave, detailed customer reviews for its knowledgeable team and welcoming vibe. It’s echoed on its site and third‑party directories like Weedmaps.
They hosted members of the legendary pro-weed group Cypress Hill, B‑Real and Sen Dog for the 4/20 weekend, along with a packed car show and live performances that spilled beyond the borough’s borders.
It shows how licensed dispensaries can catalyze safe, community-friendly, legal gatherings that uplift local artists and small craft brands while responsibly serving consumers.
HoneyGrove won 2024 Dispensary of the Year at the Budtender’s Ball by Cannademix.
Many HoneyProjects like HoneyStash
HoneyProjects is the visionary force and the larger holding company reshaping New Jersey’s legal cannabis market with bold leadership and deep expertise.
They build brands that inspire enduring loyalty, fueled by leadership that redefines what cannabis can achieve. Rooted in East Coast cannabis heritage, it unites cultivators, strategists, and proven leaders to drive standout ventures.
HoneyProjects is built on trust, quality, and shared commitment, champions small-batch excellence, restorative justice, and patient access, amplifying cannabis’s authentic voices.
Their newer dispensary, HoneyStash in Metuchen in Middlesex County in Central Jersey, opened earlier this year in spring 2025. It won 2nd Place in the 2025 GreenState Consumers’ Choice Awards for Best Dispensary in the Northeast.
With two locations, they are the first New Jersey operators with underground legacy roots to become a chain.
In addition, they have been active members of the coalition to legalize home grow in New Jersey.
Underground Legacy Leadership Background
HoneyProjects has legitimately blazed a path of going from legacy to legal.
HoneyProjects Chief Visionary Officer “Big” Dave Valese carved out a career as a master of old-school genetics cultivation in the underground legacy market before going legit. He is passionate about curating small-batch, mom-and-pop brands with love and integrity, along with top cultivators. Big Dave often rejects subpar products despite demand.
He describes himself as a wellness warrior shaped by fasting, music, and psychedelics. Big Dave is from Essex County in North Jersey.
HoneyProjects CEO Jeffrey Miller is a Peabody Award-winning documentarian for his work on “King Corn”. He spent decades directing, writing, and producing films and television projects that captivate and provoke before pivoting to cannabis.
Since then, Jeffrey has launched and scaled ventures to prominence. He has guided licensed cannabis brands across multiple states in strategy, innovation, and brand-building, with his projects earning broad success.
Personally, he finds in cannabis an ally against clinical depression and anxiety. It also helps deepen connections to self, others, and spirituality.
(Full disclosure: HoneyProjects has an ad deal with Heady NJ.)
