New Jersey United for Marijuana Reform invites you to a panel on marijuana legalization for adults 21 and older as a racial justice issue, with a focus on the public health and public safety reasons to legalize.

Featured Speakers:

  • Dr. David Nathan, Founder and Board President, Doctors for Cannabis Regulation
  • Dianna Houenou, Policy Counsel, ACLU of New Jersey
  • Dominick Bucci, New Jersey State Police (retired), Law Enforcement Action Partnership (LEAP)

  • Racial inequity of enforcement of marijuana laws with a discussion of the ACLU-
  • NJ’s report, Unfair and Unequal: NJ’s War on Marijuana Users.
